Still employed, uneasy
Watching the ground shift
AI is entering your workflow faster than your confidence is growing. You don't want to wait for the reorg to decide your next move for you.
Cohort 01 · Applications Open
A six-week cohort for people rebuilding their careers in the acceleration age — whether you're bracing for disruption, already living through it, or starting a new chapter after retirement. Built from the Climber vs. Architect framework and the Reinvention Readiness Index.
Who this is built for
Most reinvention programs are written for one kind of person. This one isn't.
Still employed, uneasy
AI is entering your workflow faster than your confidence is growing. You don't want to wait for the reorg to decide your next move for you.
Already displaced
The role is gone. You're not looking for platitudes — you need ground under you, a plan, and people who understand the pace of what you're carrying.
Recently retired
The title's gone, but the value isn't. You're ready to find out what Experience, Learning, and Service look like when nobody assigned them to you.
The pace problem
Most career advice was written for a world that changed at a walking pace. That world is gone. The gap between how fast the tools are moving and how ready people feel to use them is where anxiety lives — for the employed and the displaced alike.
This isn't a technology problem. It's a human one.
How it works
01
An hour of live teaching — the framework, the AI/ecosystem focus, and structured exercises with the rest of the cohort.
02
An hour with your coach to apply the week's material to your actual situation — not hypothetical, yours.
03
Baselined in Week 1, re-measured in Week 6 — real before-and-after evidence of where you moved.
04
You're not doing this alone in a room. The people beside you become part of your ecosystem, starting week one.
The framework
Every week of the cohort builds one of these five — measured at the start, and again at the end.
Receiving honest feedback about where you actually stand, and acting on it.
Building instead of waiting to be chosen.
Using AI as leverage on your capabilities, not a threat to outrun.
Relationships and options that don't depend on one role or company.
Making sure the work you're building toward is actually the work you want.
Six weeks, three phases
Discovery, Design, Delivery — each phase two weeks long. Click a week to see what happens in group, what happens 1:1, and what you walk away with.
Group Hour
Full five-dimension diagnostic establishing an honest starting point; Adaptive Leadership introduced as the dimension that unlocks the other four; Climber vs. Architect introduced as the frame for the six weeks.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Walk through individual diagnostic results. Tactic — "The Mirror Question": Where in the diagnostic did you feel most defensive? That instinct usually points to the gap that matters most.
DeliverableCompleted 5-dimension baseline + personal reinvention thesis
Group Hour
Shift from "waiting to be chosen" to "actively building"; The One Experiment — designing a small, bounded, real test; group commitment round.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Scope a specific experiment. Tactic — "The Permission Audit": "I could start this, but I'm waiting for ___ to ___." Is that a real dependency, or a story that protects you from the risk of trying?
DeliverableA scoped experiment with a start date — theirs, not a committee's
Group Hour
Tasks vs. Capabilities — where AI absorbs work vs. where judgment still wins; live hands-on AI tool application to real reinvention tasks.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Apply AI tools to the Week 2 experiment. Tactic — "The Delegation Test": Five tasks on your plate — could AI draft a usable first version of each in under ten minutes?
DeliverableOne AI-assisted output tied directly to your experiment
Group Hour
Ecosystem thinking — the strength of weak ties; group exercise mapping each other's ecosystems live.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Personal ecosystem map. Tactic — "The Three-Call Challenge": Pick three names you haven't spoken to in a year, draft the outreach message together, send within 48 hours.
DeliverableA simple ecosystem map
Group Hour
Service as a durable source of value alongside Experience and Learning; Voice — practicing the reinvention story out loud in group.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Identify a service organization in an area that is meaningful to you — how does that align with your goals.
DeliverableA refined personal narrative, already said out loud once
Group Hour
Re-run the Week 1 diagnostic to show movement across all five dimensions; closing ceremony where each person names their next 30-day commitment aloud.
1:1 Coaching Hour
Final session reviewing the arc. Tactic — "The Keep/Kill/Start Close": What are you keeping as-is? What are you killing, even if useful? What are you starting that didn't exist before today?
DeliverableBefore/after 5-dimension diagnostic + a 30/60/90-day sustaining plan

This cohort didn't start as a curriculum. It started as a multi-year personal experiment — leaving a stable, ladder-shaped career to find out what it actually takes to design your own. The frameworks here were tested on that experiment before they were tested on anyone else.
Every tactic in this program has been run in real coaching rooms, refined against real reinventions — not written from theory and hoped into practice.

We are intentionally keeping the cohort to 5 people.
